Q. What do I do if I need help?

Q. What should I do if forget my Password?
A  Fill in your name and email address on the Log In page of our web site. Your password will be sent to your email address.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We will bill your account directly if it is already set up in our Office Basics system. You can also pay by credit card. Please complete the required information when checking out. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, & AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Q. How will my order be delivered?                                                          
A. Orders within our wide delivery area in PA, NJ, DE and MD will be delivered the next business day by our own fleet of Office Basics trucks. Any orders outside our delivery area will be delivered next day by UPS or an approved shipper.

Q. How do I return orders?
Thank you for shopping at Office Basics. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines. All merchandise (with the exception of custom ordered products , furniture and some food items) are returnable within sixty (60) days of the date of the invoice if returned in the original manufacturer's packaging (cannot be defaced) and in "as new" condition.  Furniture may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund if unassembled and in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) with UPC code within (5) days of purchase. All custom ordered and assembled furniture is non-returnable.  Food and Beverages may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund if it unused, in the original carton and is not beyond expiration date on package.  A non-refundable credit memo will be issued for accepted returns.

All (non-defective) custom ordered products of every kind, nature and description are not returnable under any circumstances or conditions. Such items would include customized printed materials, signs, stamps, seals, factory ordered custom furniture and ad specialty items.

Q. How do I add or delete an item from my order?
A. Orders are processed and transmitted in real time to our warehouse. If you would like to change or delete an order, please call customer service immediately at 800-541-5855.
