Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Based Primer is a wall primer/sealer that provides outstanding performance indoors and outdoors. Water-based formula is a stain blocker and bond coat designed to prime all surfaces. It features low odor, great flow/leveling and a flexible, acrylic formula. Apply it to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, fascia, soffits, foundations, railings and other paintable surfaces. Versatile primer sticks to all surfaces without sanding; seals stains, graffiti and tannin bleed; provides a mold-resistant and mildew-resistant barrier; and inhibits rust. Allow the first coat to dry for 1 hour before applying another coat. Apply it in temperatures as low as 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
